Wax’o Paradiso celebrated their fifth birthday with a big bang by throwing their first-ever charity ball. They rolled out the sticky red carpet for an evening of decadent debauchery and discotheque at the iconic Espy, in the freshly spruced up Gershwin Room.
Wax’o Paradiso presents the Met Galah - a tongue-in-cheek take on the black tie ball.
All proceeds from the evening were donated to the Dr Tracy Westerman Aboriginal Psychology Scholarship Program, a unique and exciting opportunity to invest in the future generations of Aboriginal psychologists working to make a difference in our most vulnerable Indigenous Communities. Congratulations to the boys and everyone involved for raising over $10k!
Everyone came dressed in their best with the dress code for the evening as black-tie and “birds of paradise”. Have a look for yourself through these fabulous photos I took on the night.
